Open the door and reinstall the Torx screws with the longer ones along the top. Finally, you can reinstall the outer panel of the door by lining up the tabs at the bottom then pushing the top back into place.
With the new seal in place use an equal length of tape to secure the seal until you have reinstalled the 3/16' screws. Remove the tape from inside now that the proper hardware is back in place. Appliances should ALWAYS be unplugged before servicing.
